| First launch is slow | The model loads into memory the first time. Ten to fifteen seconds with a progress bar. After that it is instant. |
| It says the model was not found | Delete and reinstall. A download got corrupted. Keep at least 5 GB of storage free. |
| Answers feel generic | Tap the car icon and set your vehicle. Answers then use your exact year, make, model, and engine. |
| Does it need internet? | No. Airplane mode, the garage, a canyon. All the same to it. Only the Pro cloud analysis needs a connection, and only when you use it. |
| My vehicle is missing | The database grows in every update. Email us the year, make, and model and we put it in the queue. |
| The tuner says it is not sure | That is it working as designed. Get closer to the noise, record ten seconds or more, and keep voices and wind out of the clip. |
